Fort Amherst is comprised of five Limited Companies, Fort Amherst Heritage Trust Ltd, Events & Weddings Ltd, Café Ltd, Fort Amherst Ltd (Car park) and Halloween Ltd.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and store any personal information you give to us. We collect personal information from our visitors, those who make a purchase or a donation and those who get in touch with us directly. We do this both electronically and in paper format. In choosing to share your personal information with us, you will be agreeing to our collection and use of your information as described in this policy.

·         We collect information about you when you contact us or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
